Hi all. My name is Eric Pennington. I have lived most of my life in Sockburn, I am passionate about Family, and enjoy playing hockey for the Hornby Hockey club, enjoy playing music, and I attend SWBC. I spent a number of decades as a computer geek working in IT, but post-Covid I am working as a Teacher Aide at Riccarton Primary and in Children’s work at SWBC. A wee while ago our fairly normal middle-class local family went through a particularly difficult time; at the Men’s Breakfast I will be reflecting on “Dear God, why did my son die”.
